CredBooks provides global accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax preparation, and financial advisory services. Specific deliverables and responsibilities will be outlined in separate agreements or engagement letters.
Eligibility

Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely information.
- Comply with applicable tax and regulatory requirements.
- Keep any login credentials confidential.
Fees & Payments
- Fees are as per mutually agreed contracts.
- Payments are due as per invoice terms.
- Late payments may result in interest charges or suspension of services.
Confidentiality
All client data and documents are kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or to authorized persons under a confidentiality agreement.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid for the service in the preceding three months.
